This is definitely the case of “If it’s too good to be true, it probably is” being WRONG.Mrs. Asma not only offer the most affordable service in the area (out of over 10 offices that I called), she is also knowledgable, professional, attentive and friendly. She always answers our questions quickly, even during the weekend.I genuinely recommend this office for anyone who are in need for some immigration guidances. This office has a very, very very rude lady working for them. Im trying to hire a lawyer and I called yesterday in a very nice way until this lady picked up my call and was being very rude from the beginning. She didn’t even bothered to ask why I was calling. She didn’t want to give me her name, or didn’t want to get her manager, or someone above her.I am very disappointed because I really wanted to hire the lawyer but this office will or is losing a lot of clients, because of the way this lady is treating people.En esta oficina tienen a personas groseras contestando el telefono. Ayer hable con una mujer toda despota!! Demasiado grosera!! Ni parece una oficina de abogados!! Intente hablar con algun manager o alguien mas arriba que ella, o por lo menos agarrar el nombre de ésta persona y no me lo quiso dar, ni ponerme en contacto con nadie mas.Estoy muy decepcionada, por que queria contratar los servicios de este abogado/abogada, pero si asi te tratan desde el principio, desde la recepcion, no quiero pensar como te trataran despues.
